Terms and Conditions
- Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed. Provisional bookings are honoured for seven days, after which the date is released for resale unless confirmation is received in writing.
- Final numbers, timings, menus and special requests must be confirmed to the venue at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Any amendments to numbers or arrangements should be made in writing to the venue.
- No charges will be made for any reductions in numbers less than 10%, providing they are received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
- If reductions of 10% or more are made the venue will endeavour to re-sell the facilities and services released to a similar value. If unable to do so then reductions of 10% or more will be subject to cancellation terms..
- Final numbers to be notified by the client in (2) will be the minimum for which the client will be charged.
- If numbers fall by 10% or more within 14 days of the vent the venue reserves the right to relocate the booking to an alternative space within the same venue as best fits the revised numbers.
- If numbers reduce significantly a smaller room may be substituted to reflect the change. Alternatively an additional room charge may be levied to reflect the value of the original room size allocated. Details will be notified prior to charges being made.
- Cancellations or any postponements are first to be made verbally, you must also notify the venue in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date of which the written confirmation arrives at the venue.
- If for reasons beyond the control of the venue, the venue needs to make amendments, the venue reserves the right to offer a choice of alternative facilities.
- All food and beverages are supplied by the hotel.
